The Bosque Fountain’s 35 jets of cool spray perform with spontaneous jumps and leaps, eliciting screams of joy and excitement from children of all ages. The fountain catches the sunlight as water shoots up to heights of 15 feet, creating a shimmering spectacle that is majestic in the daytime and, lit by LED, breathtaking at night.
Designed by WXY architecture + urban design with lighting by Lennaea Tillett, the granite fountain is flush with the ground plane and serves off-season as a stage for performance and installations. Its spiral shape is a recurring theme at The Battery, as illustrated in the promenade granite bench, bronze railings, Labyrinth walk and the SeaGlass Carousel pavilion.
Come and enjoy the cascading sounds of the fountain as you experience the sights and scents, of the glorious perennial gardens and the tastes of farm-to-table flavors—all located in The Battery Bosque, a feast for all the senses.
